About this asset

3D model of a small, square pillow with a blue and green plaid pattern. The pillow appears to be floating above a neutral beige background, casting a subtle shadow beneath it, adding a sense of depth and dimension to the scene. The fabric texture is well-defined, with the pattern wrapping naturally around the pillow's contours. The slightly indented edges suggest a soft, cushiony feel, making the pillow appear plush and comfortable. This render is ideal for interior design visualizations or as a part of 3D modeling tutorials focused on fabric materials and soft-body modeling. All working files, references, animations, textures, FBX, OBJ, STL and .blend file included in zip file. Specific Model statistics in pictures. If you would like something specific or need help with any model please just email onthecouchstudio@outlook.com. Thank you.

OnTheCouchStudio Customer License
Common Terms — Version 1.0

1. Who and what this license covers

“OnTheCouchStudio,” “we” and “us” mean the seller identified on your order or free-claim record. “You” means the purchasing or claiming person, or the organization identified as the licensee on that record. “Source Files” means the OnTheCouchStudio digital files included in the exact product and release you acquired, together with any permitted modifications of those files. “End Product” means a completed creative or business work made using those files for a particular purpose, rather than a distribution of the files as reusable source inventory. The applicable Schedule A, B or C below and the product's identified file scope form part of this license.

2. Your license

For the exact purchased or validly free-claimed version, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the covered Source Files under these Common Terms and the applicable schedule. Personal use, commercial projects and client work are permitted within that schedule. No additional royalty is due to us for permitted use of an End Product. You may use the licensed version in more than one permitted project; there is no per-project limit. The license does not transfer ownership of the Source Files or provide exclusivity.

3. Permanent purchased-version rights

Your valid permanent purchased license continues for the purchased version. A later price change, product withdrawal, archive action, store redesign or new license version does not cancel it or impose new restrictions on that already granted version. You may continue to use that version and maintain and distribute End Products made under its license. A purchase does not promise future upgrades, support, replacement downloads or permanent availability of our hosting. Your own reasonable backup copies let you retain the licensed version. Nothing here changes previously granted customer rights retroactively. These rights remain subject to complying with the license and applicable law; this text creates no automatic license cancellation based solely on a hosting, membership or download-access status.

4. Business users, employees and contractors

If an organization is the named licensee, its employees may use the Source Files in that organization's permitted projects. You may give a contractor project-limited access when they are working for you on such a project, are bound to the same source-file restrictions, and do not acquire a reusable library or independent license. You remain responsible for access you authorize. A separate company or client does not acquire a source-asset license merely because you bought the files. A client may receive and use its commissioned End Product within the applicable schedule. Anyone needing independent reusable Source Files must obtain their own license.

5. Backups and archives

You may keep reasonable copies on your devices and in private backup or archive storage, restore them, and privately convert them to an accessible format for your permitted use. You may retain project archives containing licensed files. Keep reusable Source Files out of public repositories, public cloud folders and shared asset collections available to unrelated people. Ordinary technical copies needed to run, host, deliver or back up a permitted End Product are allowed; they do not authorize a separate source-file distribution.

6. Source-file distribution and competing libraries

You must not sell, give away, license, sublicense, redistribute or repackage the original or modified Source Files as standalone files, reusable templates, stock assets, asset packs or source collections. You must not place them in a competing asset library, marketplace listing, shared download library or other collection from which people obtain the reusable source assets. Changing a filename, recoloring, resizing, retouching, rearranging, converting formats or making another modification does not turn the Source Files into independently distributable inventory. The schedules allow specified End Products; they do not authorize source-pack resale.

7. Attribution and authorship

You may claim authorship of your own original contributions and identify yourself as the creator of your End Product. You must not claim that the OnTheCouchStudio Source Files, including modified versions of those files, were independently created by you as original source inventory. Preserve supplied copyright, authorship and third-party notices in retained Source Files. Public attribution to OnTheCouchStudio is not required for covered first-party files unless an identified product-specific condition requires it. You may credit us voluntarily. These terms do not grant rights in anyone else's name, trademark, logo, likeness or other protected material, or promise that every supplied element qualifies for copyright protection.

8. Product-specific limits and lawful use

We license only rights we can grant. Any product-specific third-party conditions supplied and identified for that product continue to apply; this license does not override them or create missing permissions. Use the files lawfully and do not use this license to infringe another person's rights. Permission to use a file format does not promise unlisted software compatibility, functionality, exclusivity, factual accuracy, business results or professional outcomes. Any separate service, font, tool or platform you use has its own terms.

9. Mixed packages, license records and future terms

The schedule assigned to each included item controls its use. A book's narrative is covered by Schedule B; a separately identified reusable worksheet or template is covered by Schedule C; an identified asset is covered by Schedule A. A bundle or free sample grants rights only to the included identified items. Keep your order or claim record and the license supplied with that release. Later terms may govern later releases, but do not reduce the rights already granted for a version you legitimately acquired. A corrected release is a distinct version; it is not a silent replacement of your historical purchase or its terms.

10. Mandatory rights and questions

Nothing in this license limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit. This license does not replace mandatory consumer rights or a separately stated refund policy. Contact onthecouchstudio@onthecouchstudio.com for a use outside these schedules or a question about a product-specific condition. A refund, cancellation or separate dispute does not create an automatic license-termination rule in this text; any such policy must be expressly stated and lawfully applicable.

Schedule A — Digital Assets
Version 1.0 — 3D models, PBR materials/textures, UI elements and image assets

A1. Permitted work

You may use and modify covered assets in personal and commercial creative or business projects, including commissioned client work. Permitted End Products include games, applications, websites, videos, animations, renders, visualizations, presentations, advertising, social content, editorial content and finished physical designs or prints. You may monetize, sell, publish or deliver those End Products. You may combine the assets with your own work and adapt their format, appearance or organization as needed for the project.

A2. Incorporation into End Products

An asset may be incorporated into an executable game or app, a website's ordinary display resources, a rendered image/video, or another finished work. Use reasonable ordinary controls to avoid providing a deliberate reusable source-asset download. You do not have to make normal browser display, caching, screenshots or compiled application use technically impossible. Do not intentionally expose an asset pack, raw asset library, source ZIP or equivalent standalone collection as part of delivery. A finished print, commissioned design or integrated game is allowed; a stock-image/source-texture download or asset pack is not.

A3. Client delivery

You may deliver a finished commissioned End Product to a client and permit the client to use that End Product commercially. The client does not receive a license to extract the assets for unrelated projects, resell them as source inventory or redistribute a reusable library. A raw model, texture/UI pack, reusable image collection or editable asset library is not an End Product merely because it is delivered to a client. A client that needs such source access must obtain its own license. Project-limited contractor access is governed by Common Term 4.

A4. Source restrictions survive modification

Neither original nor modified assets may be sold or distributed as standalone reusable assets or included in a competing stock, UI, model, image or texture library. A modified or recolored copy remains a licensed asset. You may own and describe your independent project contributions without claiming the supplied source asset inventory as independently authored by you.

A5. Asset-specific limitations

Only the files actually included in the identified release are covered. Third-party trademarks, logos, depicted designs, likenesses and embedded components are not newly cleared by this schedule. Any identified product-specific restriction takes precedence for that material. Tutorial-derived or free assets do not become exempt from their source-specific restrictions. A free label, a technical upload or a preview is not a third-party-rights clearance.

Free Products and Samples
Treatment under the applicable schedule

An identified free product or validly claimed sample carries the applicable Common Terms and Schedule A, B or C. A zero price does not itself mean public-domain status, exclusive rights, unrestricted redistribution or a prohibition on permitted commercial projects. Within the applicable schedule, commercial project use, client work, reasonable private backups and permitted modifications are allowed just as for covered paid items.

The grant covers only the exact files and version included in the free product or sample. A 1K material sample does not license unprovided higher-resolution maps or its whole paid pack. An ebook excerpt does not license unprovided chapters, and a template sample does not grant the rest of the template collection. Product-specific restrictions continue to apply. Do not redistribute the sample source files, create a competing sample/asset library, or present the supplied inventory as independently authored by you.

The license to a legitimately acquired free version is also permanent under these terms; future free availability and future downloads are not promised. Share the public listing link rather than the licensed file or private access link. A free sample's commercial End Products are allowed within its schedule; the sample is not restricted to evaluation unless an expressly identified product-specific condition says so.

Apple_01 remains its existing canonical free product; this treatment creates no new Apple product, sample release or additional files. Held/excluded products are not made publicly available by these terms. Music/video licensing and Schedule D remain deferred and are not granted by this proposal.
