- OC9 may update, limit, pause, or remove features during development phases.
Subscription Access
- Founder pricing, plan limits, tier availability, and subscription benefits may evolve over time.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not erase prior use of the service.
- Founder Access does not create ownership rights, equity, profit-sharing rights, or guaranteed lifetime access unless expressly stated in writing.
OC9 Refund Policy
OC9 Founder subscriptions are digital software-access subscriptions. Once access is activated, subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a billing issue qualifies for review.
Refund Rules
- Founder subscriptions become non-refundable after activation or use of the service.
- Duplicate billing, accidental duplicate purchases, or technical billing errors may qualify for review.
- Cancellation stops future billing only; it does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
- No refunds are issued based on trading outcomes, market losses, lack of profits, missed trades, user settings, or exchange/API behavior.
Billing Support
Users who believe they experienced a billing error should contact support with the account email, date of charge, plan name, and a brief explanation. OC9 will review billing issues in good faith.
