These steps help prevent Android from pausing, sleeping, restarting, or interrupting OC9 during long-running operation.

Android settings may vary slightly depending on tablet manufacturer, Android version, and carrier customization. The screenshots, videos, and examples provided throughout this guide are intended as general reference examples to help locate similar settings on your device.

STEP 1 — Connect To Wi-Fi

Open: Settings → Connections → Wi-Fi

✔ Connect to a stable home internet connection
✔ Avoid public Wi-Fi networks
✔ Keep tablet near router for stronger stability

OC9 requires stable internet for: market updates, trade execution, entitlement sync, and subscription validation.

STEP 2 — Disable Battery Optimization

Android may automatically pause background applications.

Open: Settings → Apps → OC9 → Battery

This prevents Android from putting OC9 to sleep during operation.

Automatic updates may restart the device unexpectedly.

Samsung Updates:

Settings → Software Update → Disable Auto Download Over Wi-Fi

STEP 5 — Enable Unknown App Installs

OC9 installs using a direct APK download.
